Ok, so this one is my "pumpkin pie in a jar" pumpkin butter. This recipe contains all the spices you would expect to taste on Thanksgiving day. my small Illinois hometown is known as the pumpkin capital of the world (hello, Morton!), so my Adams apple product line would not have been complete without pumpkin butter. It is best enjoyed with ginger snaps or ginger thin cookies--you know, those little Moravian ones? Gosh. it does not have to be pumpkin season to enjoy this deliciousness! -- Theresa Adams
