This 2-sided rectangular sanding sponge is perfect for both prep and finish.

Before painting your piece, use the medium side to scuff sand it to give the paint some “tooth” to grip to. (Don’t forget to clean with TSP Alternative both before and after sanding!)

After finishing your last coat, use the fine side to give your piece a smooth, buttery finish all over.
