The Artist Residence, our cozy "home from home" in London

Well, that went by in a flash! Is it really the last day of January?

This month started with us still in London (celebrating the New Year at a Eucharist service at Westminster Abbey), then traveling to Atlanta for Annie Sloan Stockist training, and finally ending with my attendance at the Southern C Summit in Sea Island. Oh, wait -- and a historic snowstorm somewhere in that mix!

As I pause to take a breath this morning, I am remembering the cozy, lovely townhouse hotel we used as our "home from home" in London. Tucked into a side street in the leafy Pimlico neighborhood, which is a neighbor to both Belgravia and Chelsea, The Artist Residence was in the perfect location to walk in any direction to where we wanted to be!

We were just blocks from places like Peggy Porschen Cakes (likely the most Instagrammed storefront in London!), the Thomas Cubbitt Pub, Bayley & Sage (where we picked up yummy bites to eat in the room while watching favorite shows like Escape to the Country and even Mary Poppins... I mean, really?!)

And lovely Orange Square, with its beautiful storefronts of textile and interior designers along with Daylesford Organic (and the home where Mozart lived and wrote his first symphony), is just a hop, skip, and jump away!

One thing I enjoy while traveling is seeing what products hotels select to stock their rooms. The Artist Residence hotels have all been awarded a Michelin Key, so I know everything they do is meticulously planned and selected for a lovely experience.

During our stay I fell in love with Bramley, a range of natural bath and body products made in Wiltshire, England. I used them all week and wished that I could use them back home too!

So, I am thrilled and delighted to say that we now offer (at our shop and online) their beautiful line, featuring the finest essential oils, their unique apple ingredient, and natural botanicals to make beautifully fragranced products that capture the essence of the nature that surrounds them.
