Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love the products you’ve purchased from The Hare & The Hart. However, if there is a product that is not meeting your standards, we will accept returns for store credit with the terms below.

In-store Purchases:
- Full-price merchandise may be returned within 30 days for store credit only.
- Final sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- Custom items and original art and jewelry, and Properly Popped tops are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All items being returned must be in the original packaging and condition with all tags attached.
- Prior purchases are not eligible for a price adjustment.

Website Purchases:
