Transform paper into exquisite art in this Flower Bouquet Collage workshop taught by artist Liz Snowden.

Step into a world of elegant design and discover the joy of creating a beautiful still life using a unique collage technique. This class is all about layering textures and patterns to craft a stunning piece.

What is Paper Collage?

Imagine the delicate beauty of flowers, reimagined through the playful art of collage! We'll use a variety of papers, (including your own gorgeous gelli prints made in our previous class if you took that!), to construct a charming still life featuring a bouquet.

In this hands-on workshop, you will:

  • Learn collage fundamentals: Discover techniques for tearing, cutting, layering, and adhering papers to create depth and dimension.

  • Design your still life: Explore composition and arrangement to bring your flower bouquet to life.

  • Work with beautiful papers: Whether you bring your own unique gelli prints or use the  papers we provide, you'll have a rich palette of patterns and textures to choose from.

  • Create a finished piece: You'll leave with a flower bouquet still life, ready to hang in your home or give as a gift.

No experience necessary! This class is designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned artists. If you enjoyed our Gelli Plate Printing class, you'll love seeing how your unique papers can be transformed into a sophisticated work of art.

Already taken our Gelli Plate Printing class? This is the perfect opportunity to utilize your beautiful handmade papers and incorporate them into a magnificent new creation! Don't worry if you missed it – we'll have a wonderful selection of  papers available for you to use.

Who is this class for?

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing artistic escape. Come discover the joy of collage in a supportive and inspiring environment.
