As sophisticated as it sounds, our rose geranium jelly is heady in its simplicity. The base is a farm-made hydrosol using our own sourced ingredients. Suspended in a sugar and pectin blend, with underpinnings of lemon and beet, this concoction looks almost too pretty to eat.
